OUR APPROACH

The Precision-Led Framework.

The Precision-Led Framework is how we approach every search — a structured six-stage process that brings clarity, verification and stronger candidate evidence into technical recruitment.

/WHY WE EXIST

Structure belongs where hiring risk enters.

Technical recruitment rarely fails at one point. Avoidable issues often enter through small gaps: an unclear brief, assumptions about suitability, credentials checked too late, or candidates introduced without enough supporting evidence.

The Precision-Led Framework is designed around those points. Each stage adds structure where it matters most — before the search begins, before a candidate is introduced and before a hiring decision is made.

This is not process for the sake of process. It is a way of making better hiring decisions earlier.

Role clarity.

Clearer brief before search.

Candidate Suitability.

Better alignment before introduction.

Compliance confidence.

Verification handled earlier.

Decision quality.

Evidence before evaluation.
/THE FRAMEWORK

Six stages, applied consistently.

The framework is built around one question: how do we reduce avoidable risk before a candidate reaches decision stage?

Each stage adds structure, from role definition and market search through to screening, verification and candidate evidence.

01

Role & Risk Verification.

Everything starts with the brief. Before any search begins, we work with you to understand what the role actually requires — technical competencies, certifications, compliance obligations, urgency and what a successful hire looks like in practice.
Clearer brief. More accurate search. Fewer unsuitable candidates.
Define
02

Targeted Market Search.

With a clear brief in place, we search the relevant technical market — reaching active and passive candidates, not just those responding to adverts.
A focused candidate pool built around real suitability.
Search
03

Candidate Screening & Suitability Assessment.

Candidates are assessed against the role before any introduction is made. This covers technical experience, sector relevance, qualifications, availability, rate or salary expectations and motivation.
Fewer wasted conversations. Better-aligned candidates.
Assess
04

Compliance & Credential Verification.

Where the role requires it, key candidate information is checked before submission — right to work, licences, certifications, qualifications, employment history and sector-specific documents.
Stronger candidate evidence. Reduced compliance uncertainty.
Verify
05

Shortlist & Submission.

Rather than sending high volumes of CVs, we provide focused candidate submissions. Each submission includes relevant experience, qualifications, availability, expectations, compliance position and key considerations.
Fewer submissions. Clearer decision-making information.
Submit
06

Candidate Assessment Document.

For selected candidates, we produce a Candidate Assessment Document — a structured summary that gives clients a fuller picture beyond the CV. It does not replace the client’s own assessment; it improves the information available before decisions are made.
More transparent, evidence-led candidate submissions.

/THE EVIDENCE OUTPUT

The framework leads to clearer candidate evidence.

The Candidate Assessment Document is the practical output of the Precision-Led Framework. It brings together role fit, verification status and recommendation reasoning so clients can evaluate candidates with clearer context.

A CV shows experience. The CAD explains how that experience matches the role, what has been verified and what still needs to be explored.

/What this means in practice

What this means in practice.

A more structured process should improve the experience for clients and candidates. The framework is designed to create clearer information, better communication and more considered decisions.
For hiring teams
  • Better hiring accuracy from a more structured brief.
  • Less time reviewing unsuitable CVs.
  • Stronger compliance visibility before interview.
  • Better candidate evidence before evaluation
  • More informed hiring decisions
  • Fewer wasted conversations
For candidates
  • Clearer role alignment before any introduction.
  • Better communication throughout the process.
  • Opportunities matched to experience and motivations.
  • Experience and credentials represented accurately.
  • Less chance of being put forward for unsuitable roles.
  • A more structured recruitment experience.

What the framework does not do

The Precision-Led Framework sits alongside your internal hiring process, not in place of it. The intent is to improve the quality of what arrives with you, so your time goes on evaluating genuinely suitable candidates rather than filtering out unsuitable ones.

The framework improves the quality of information available before decisions are made. It does not replace the client’s judgement, interview process or technical evaluation.

The value in recruitment is not the speed of delivery. It is the quality of the decision it enables.
