After 26 years in technical recruitment, Gary Carmichael had seen the same issues repeat too often: vague requirements, rushed submissions, poor evidence and candidates represented without enough care or context.

Verified Technical Recruitment was built as a response to that — a more structured, transparent and specialist way to support technical hiring.
